What helps
If a test gave a result that does not match what you see, three things make it possible to find out why: which test, what the result said, and what you were expecting instead. The browser and operating system are useful too — a fault that appears only in one browser is a different fault from one that appears everywhere.
Nothing you tested is stored, so there is no result on our side to look up — what you write is all there is. The report page can be printed to PDF and attached.
What this address is not for
Hardware advice for a specific machine — which monitor to buy, whether a particular laptop is worth repairing — is not something one address can answer well, and the checklists on the site say everything we know. Advertising and partnership enquiries are read; the site does not sell placements in its content and does not take paid reviews.
